- We don’t have time limit in “Bedrock bath (Unlimited Bath)” plan but if your plan is “Bath” plan, you have a 3-hour time limit.

- How old is it possible for children to soak in the bath?

- Even children under elementary school age or those who don’t finish potty training can use the private onsen. Children above 3 years old who have finished potty training can use the public bath on the 3rd floor. But, children under 3 years old OR those who are not potty trained are not allowed to use it.

- How old is it possible for children to take a bath on the opposite sex side?

- Please refrain from mixed bathing for children over 7 years old or over 120 cm tall.

- Can I bring a book into the bathroom?

- Please do not bring books, smartphones or mobile phones into the bathroom.

- Are there any restrictions on tattoos?

- Those who are with tattoos small enough to be hidden in the palm of your hand, can use the bathing facilities on the 3rd floor. Even if you have a large tattoo, you can use the private rooms on the 2nd floor (reservation required). Please see the related page for detail.

- You can use our restaurant, “Ama No Gawa” without entry fee.

- If you have more than 10 people, we can provide a tatami room with partitions. For smaller groups, we recommend using a private room (additional fee required).

- If you inform our staff when you order, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you have severe symptoms, please contact us before your visit.

- Yes, it’s a natural hot spring with water flowing directly from the source.

- As it’s a room rental, the fee is the same regardless of how many people use it. However, if the number of users clearly exceeds the capacity, we would consider it a nuisance and deny usage.

- How many people can use the private room?

- We recommend up to about 8 people for the room “Sora”, which is 7.5 tatami mats in size, and up to about 6 people for the room “Umi”, which is 6 tatami mats in size. For overnight stays, each room can accommodate up to 4 people.
About capsule hotel

- Can I stay for two or more consecutive nights?

- We’re sorry, but we don’t offer plans for consecutive nights. You will need to settle your bill and check in again. Also, please note that you cannot leave your belongings in the capsule room outside of your usage time.

- The latest checkout time is 9 am. After settling your bill, you will need to check in again.

- What are the hours of operation for the capsule room?

- The hours are from 5:00 pm to 9:00 am the next day.

- My navigation leads me to a completely different place, what should I do?

- When you enter the address (27-1 Koyama Shinden, Shibayama Town, Sanmu County, Chiba Prefecture), you might be guided to the runway. If you enter the facility name, you might be guided to the back gate. If you set your navigation to the nearest station, Shibayama Railway’s “Shibayama Chiyoda Station”, you can reach smoothly. Also, if you search for “Soranoyu Spa Resort” on Google Maps, the correct route will be displayed.

- You can reach us by car, train, free shuttle bus, or public bus. For details, please see the access page.

- Do you have a pick-up service?

- Currently, we do not provide a free pick-up service. If you live nearby and plan to use our facility for a large gathering, please consult with us.

- What time is the shuttle bus from the airport?

- The free shuttle bus stops are located at lane 23B at Narita Airport Terminal 2 and stop 18 at Terminal 3. The travel time is approximately 10 minutes. Please see the access page for the timetable. (The bus does not stop at Terminal 1)

- Can I ask to call for a taxi or a chauffeur service?

- Please call the designated driver service yourself. The contact information for taxi and designated driver companies is available at the front desk on the first floor.

- Can I park a bus or a large truck?

- We do not have parking spaces for buses or large trucks.

- Can I park a camper van?

- If it fits within the parking section, it’s possible. As there are no dedicated parking spaces, please park in a location that will not inconvenience other customers. We recommend the parking lot on the west side of the building, which is closer to the outdoor toilet.

- Is there a discount on parking charges?

- If you are using our facility, parking is free for 24 hours, so please bring your parking ticket to the front desk.

- We accept cash, credit card(Visa, Master JCB, AmericanExpress, Diners, Discover) and e-money(ID, Edy, Waon, QUICPay etc).

- Is it possible to go out and re-enter?

- Yes, but you need to pay your bills first at the front desk. And please inform the front desk about your re-entering admission when you return.

- Please refrain from bringing books into the stone sauna. You can read manga books on the second floor (excluding the stone sauna). You can bring your mobile phone and any PET bottles purchased within the building.

- We don’t have regular holidays, but there may be times when we are closed for facility maintenance. If a closure day is confirmed, we will announce it on our website and social media.

- Anyone who have checked in with an entry plan can use the second floor. Also, customers wearing indoor clothes can use the Nap room for free.

- An outdoor smoking area is available next to the flapper gate on the first floor from inside the building. There is also a smoking area next to the BMM Sports Massage Center.
