About bath

Q
Is the bath open for 24 hours?
A
You can use the bath anytime except on time of cleaning. But the operating hours of dry sauna and stone-sauna is different from the bath. Please check our website for more information.
Q
What is morning bath?
A
Morning bath is a service which you can take a bath for only 500 yen every morning at 6:00am to 8:00( 2hrs time limit).
But please be noted that if you exceed two hours your plan will automatically change into “yuttari plan” and it’ll cost you an additional fee.

Do you have time limit?
A
We don’t have time limit in “yuttari plan” but if your plan is “quick-bath plan”, you have a 3-hour time limit, and 2 hours for morning bath plan.
Q
How old is it possible for children to soak in the bath?
A
Children above 3 years old and dont need diapers are allowed to soak in the bath. But children under 3 years old or those who need diapers are only allowed to take shower.
Q
How old is it possible for children to take a bath on the opposite sex side?
A
Children who are over 120 cm tall are not allowed.

Can I bring a book into the bathroom?
A
We don’t allow such a behavior, for hygiene reasons.

Are there any restrictions on tattoos?
A
We don’t have any restrictions regarding on tattoos.

About meals

Is it possible to take only a meal?
A
You can take a meal to our restaurant “Ama no gawa” without entrance fee.

Is there a private room in the restaurant?
A
If you’re going to use the restaurant for 10 people or more, we can prepare a private tatami room.
But if you want a private room for small number of people, you can add an additional fee for room charge and use our private spa & room.

Can you deal with food allergies?
A
Please let us know about your food allergies and we will deal as much as possible. If you have strong allergies in something, please contact us before you come.

Do you have halal foods?
A
Sorry but halal foods are not available.

About banquet

Can you accommodate a set plan of banquet and overnight stay?
A
We have a set plan including banquet, and overnight stay at capsule hotel.
We can also accommodate banquet plan in the private spa and room. But please make a reservation for at least 3 days in advance.

Is it possible to use the karaoke for banquet?
A
Sorry we don’t have karaoke in Ama no Gawa and in conference room.But you can use the karaoke room as a place for after-party events.Gaia is a big room that can accommodate around 14 people.

From how many people can you accommodate in a banquet?
A
We can accommodate from 4 people with a maximum of 40 people in Ama no Gawa and 80 people in conference room.
Q
Do I have to pay the room charge if i hold a banquet in the private spa and room?
A
Yes, room charges will also be charged. Please check the fee when making reservations.

May I call a companion at the banquet?
A
It’s okay. Please inform us the contact number of the company and the number of people when making reservations. Also please inform the front desk when you come.

About private spa and room

Is the private spa and room an onsen?
A
Yes, it is a free-flowing onsen.

Who can use the private spa and room?
A
Anyone using the public bath is available to use.
Q
Is the price the same no matter how many people use it?
A
It is a room rental so the price is the same. But we may refuse the use if the number of people is clearly exceed the capacity of the room.

Do you have Japanese futons if ever I am going to use it for overnight?
A
Yes we have a set of Japanese futon for 300 yen.
Q
How many people can use the private spa and room?
A
We are recommending around 8 people for room “sora” and around 6 people for room “umi”.

About capsule hotel

Can I stay for two or more consecutive nights?
A
Sorry but we don’t accommodate plans staying for consecutive nights. You should pay your bills and check-in again. And please be careful that you cannot leave your things inside the capsule room.

Is it possible to extend my checkout time?
A
Sorry but we are not accepting an extension of checkout time.
Q
What is the time of use of the capsule hotel?
A
Guests who are staying overnight is available to use the capsule hotel from 7:00pm to 10:00am(next morning). For day use users, you can use it from 6:00am to 3:00pm.

Can I use the onsen before I checked in to capsule hotel?
A
Guests who arrive early are able to use the onsen, stone-sauna, and nap-room area until the capsule hotel is ready.

What are the equipments inside the capsule room?
A
There is a 100v power outlet and a locked luggage locker. There is also a powder room in the capsule area.

Is it possible to accommodate minors only?
A
Sorry but we don’t accommodate minors only for overnight stays.

Can I sleep with my child in one room?
A
Sorry but we don’t allow sleeping two or more people in the same room. Please use the private spa & room if you want to sleep together.

Is there a cancellation fee?
A
Cancellation fees will be charged according to the cancellation policy of the booking site.

I was guided to a wrong place when I put your address to the navigation. What should I do?
A
If you set up Shibayama-Chiyoda Station, the nearest station here, you can come smoothly. You will also see the correct route if you search for “Narita Airport Onsen Soranoyu” on Google Map.

What kind of transportation can I use to go there?
A
You can come by your own car or public transportation like bus and trains. You can also use our free shuttle bus coming from Narita Airport Terminal 2. Please check the access page for more information.

Do you have a pick-up service?
A
We are accepting inquiries only for near banquet users.
Q
What is the time of free shuttle bus comes from the airport?
A
The free shuttle bus stop is at 23B of Narita Airport Terminal 2.
It runs from 5:20am to 12:50am and leaves at 20 past and 50 minutes past every hour.

Can I ask to call for a taxi or a chauffeur service?
A
Sorry but we don’t have a service of calling taxis and chauffeur services though we can give you the contacts. Please ask the front desk for the contact number.

Do you have a parking space for a bus or a heavy truck?
A
Sorry but we don’t have parking spaces for busses and heavy trucks.

Is it possible to park a camping car?
A
We don’t have a designated parking lot for a camping car. But you can use the parking lot as long as you won’t bother other customers. Though we recommend to park on the west side of the building near the outside restroom.

Is there a discount on parking charges?
A
Customers that used any of the facilities including onsen is free in parking for 24 hours. But you need to bring the parking ticket to the front desk for authentication.

About payment

Q
What is midnight charge?
A
An additional charge of 1500 yen will be charged to guests staying after 12:00am, excecpt for capsule hotel guests and customers who entered by “quick-bath plan”.
For example, customers who enter at 11:00pm by “quick-bath plan” will not be charged until 2:00am, but if they will be staying for more than three hours, then they will be charged a midnight charge for 1500 yen at the same time, their plan will change to “yuttari plan”.

What type of payment method is accepted?
A
We accept cash, credit card(Visa, Master JCB, Unionpay, AmericanExpress, Diners, Discover) and e-money(ID, Edy, Waon, QUICPay etc).

Is it possible to go out and re-enter?
A
Yes, but you need to pay your bills first at the front desk. And please inform the front desk about your re-entering admission when you return.

I’d like to go to the BMM massage center or to the golf studio in the annex.

We will lend you sandals to go out, so please come to the front desk.

Can I use the conference room in trainings and seminars?
A
Yes. We can also offer plans including meals and accomodation.

Can I bring foods and drinks?
A
You can bring your own foods and drinks but eating and drinking them is not allowed inside the facilities.

Is it okay to bring books, cellphones or drinks inside the stone-sauna area?
A
Sorry but we are not allowing to bring any books inside the stone sauna area. But you can bring your cellphones, and drinks that you bought inside.

Do you have closed days?
A
We dont have regular holiday, but there is a case to be closed for facility maintenance. Please check our website and accounts on social media for any announcement regarding on facility maintenance.

Is there a place to rest?
A
We have a rest space on the second floor lobby or you can use the rest space in front of the wood stove. Also if your plan is “yuttari plan”, you can use the nap room area that has a big reclining chair.

Do you have a smoking area?
A
Yes. Smoking area is outside the facility. It is in 1st floor, near the gate machine. Also we have a smoking area on the left hand side of the main entrance.

Do you sell cigarettes?
A
Sorry but cigarettes is not available.

Do you have diaper changing sheets or nursing rooms?
A
We have a diaper changing sheets but we don’t have a nursing room. Though guests with infants are welcome to use the private spa and room.

Do you have lockers to put in my luggages?

Sorry but we don’t have big lockers. Please use our luggage storage beside the front desk.

Do you have a free Wi-fi?
A
Yes, we have. But you need to type on your e-mail address or cellphone number for confirmation.

Yes we accept shipment at cycle base “kurin”. Feel free to come within business hours.

Family Mart, a convenience store, is only 300 meters far. You can go there on foot or by bicycle. Please ask the front desk for the way to go.

Sorry but we dont lend chargers. Though you can buy it at the store near the front desk.
