How to Use the Facility

- Parking

- Free parking for three hours.
- Free 24 hours parking for facility users with validation.
- Validation Machines are located at the Front Desk, Anytime Fitness and the Cycle Base “Kurin”. Please make sure to bring your parking ticket.
- The parking lot is one-way going clockwise.
- It will be easier to reach for parking ticket if a wide turn is made at the entrance gate.
- Motorcycle parking is free. Please pass through the space next to the bar at the gate. The parking area will be on the right hand side.

- Entrance

- Please take your shoes off and put them in the locker on the left side of the entrance.
- Elementary School and older should use lockers one by one.
- Please put your shoes in the locker with a green key attached.
- If the locker door does not open, please try another locker that is available.
- Pull out the shoe locker key to your right.
- Once the shoe locker key is pulled out, door will lock right away and cannot be opened until the Front Desk releases the lock.

- Admission

- Present your shoe locker key and request the desired course at the Front Desk.
- Present your membership card or coupons at the time of check-in.
- Up to 4 guests can receive discount admission per membership card. Meal discounts are for members only.
- Shoe locker keys also function as a wallet at the facility. All charges will be recorded and payments will be settled at the time of check-out. Please keep the shoe locker key with you at all times and handle with care.

- Bath Area Gate Machine

- Second floor and above are dedicated as bath area, the gate in front of the elevator will open by touching the gate with your shoe locker key. Please enter individually.
- For “Bath” plan guests, the clock will start timing the length of stay in the bath area by touching the gate with your shoe locker key and stop by touching the gate again at the time of exit. If the stay in the bath area exceeds the 3 hour time limit for “Bath” plan, the system will automatically transfer to the “Bedrock bath (Unlimited Bath)” plan and additional fee will be charged.

- Dressing Area

- Lockers are free. Please choose an available locker.
- Assorted accessories are available for purchase at the vending machine.
- Plastic bags for wet belongings and weight scales are available for your convenience.

- Bathing

- Take off your clothes including underwear before entering the bath.
- Please Wash your body before soaking in the bathtub.
- Sit on the stool while using the shower in the washing area.
- Do not put towels in the bathtub.
- Do not swim or soak your hair in the bathtub.
- Dry off your body as much as possible before returning to the dressing area.

- Automatic Payment Machine

- Payment machine can only process individual payments.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
- Take the receipt, then press the unlock button before you take your shoe locker key.

- Payment (Check-out)

- Group check-out can be done at the Front Desk.
- 9
- Exiting the Facility

- After check-out, insert your key from the right side with the green side facing front and the number side to the back.
- Locker will unlock when the light turns green.
- Lockers will not unlock occasionally if you rush this process, in such cases, contact the Front Desk
